Each service is designed with a specific purpose, and we’re always happy to help guide you to the best option for your home.

Arrival Window

  • For the first appointment of the day, our team arrives at the exact scheduled time
  • For all other appointments, we provide an approximate one-hour arrival window

If there is ever a delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Preparing for Your Cleaning

  • Main surfaces are free of excessive clutter
  • Fragile or sentimental items are secured
  • Pets are secured or kept in a safe area
  • Children are kept away from cleaning areas
  • Utilities (water and electricity) are on during the service

Please avoid using rooms while they are being cleaned and allow floors to dry fully before walking on them.

Types of Cleaning Explained

First / Initial Cleaning

  • Takes more time than regular visits
  • Includes extra attention to buildup and detailed areas
  • Final cost is based on actual time needed

Regular / Maintenance Cleaning

  • Performed on a consistent schedule
  • Maintenance-level service
  • Does not include heavy buildup or deep detail work

Deep, Move-In / Move-Out & Refresh Cleanings

These services are more detailed and customized based on the condition and needs of the home. Pricing and scope are discussed in advance.

During the Cleaning

  • We do not move heavy furniture or appliances
  • We do not climb ladders or unsafe surfaces
  • Extension tools may be used for hard-to-reach areas
  • You will never be charged without your knowledge or approval

Blinds, Windows & Detailed Areas

  • Maintenance cleanings include light dusting or wiping of blinds
  • Detailed blind cleaning is considered deep cleaning
  • Interior windows and heavy buildup areas may require approval

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • At least 24 hours’ notice is requested
  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts may incur a 50% service fee

Supplies & Equipment

We bring all standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

  • Trash bags
  • Paper towels

If unavailable, a $10 supply fee will be added. We are not responsible for results caused by client-provided products.

Team Care & Safety Limits

Team members may not be hired directly by clients. This policy applies during employment and for 12 months after separation. A $2,500 placement fee applies if violated.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Please notify us within 48 hours
  • Include photos when possible
  • We will gladly re-clean affected areas
